Digital collectibles company Candy Digital and Web3 production company Palm NFT Studio announced their merger. The combined company will operate under the name Candy Digital and will operate sports franchises such as Major League Baseball (MLB), NASCAR and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). providers and entertainment giants such as Netflix to create digital experiences.

Candy Digital CEO Scott Lawin will oversee both companies following the merger, while Palm NFT co-founder and CEO Daniel Heyman will be named president of Candy Digital. The combined Candy Digital is backed by an investor group that includes Galaxy, ConsenSys Mesh and 10T Holdings.
