With its ability to overhaul industries, AI has proven to be a game-changer, unlocking unprecedented potential. As such, when AI hype reached its peak earlier this year, many crypto tokens focused on this space experienced a surge, with some becoming prime candidates for exponential growth.
In this article, we take an in-depth look at seven of the top AI tokens that have great potential during the next altcoin rally. These tokens have caught the attention of industry leaders, demonstrating forward-thinking technology, visionary teams, and a clear roadmap to success.
By digging deeper into their unique features, partnerships, and market positioning, I will provide you with insights into the most exciting AI tokens that could deliver huge returns as the altcoin season is about to begin.

1. Rendering ($RNDR)

Render Network is a decentralized GPU rendering solution provider built on Ethereum.
It aims to connect those who need GPU computing power with mining partners willing to rent their GPU power.
By providing GPU power at a relatively low price, Render has huge business scalability, which is especially critical for rendering virtual worlds.
RNDR is the payment currency for services provided by Render Network and exists as a native utility token.
Earlier this year, the project’s DAO adopted a new token economics model that helped reduce the supply of RNDR tokens, making it deflationary.
RNDR’s market cap has grown rapidly, climbing to second place among AI tokens in the past few months. Currently, its market cap is $712 million, with 68% of tokens in circulation.
RNDR has been on an aggressive bull run, gaining 375% since January, making it one of the rare altcoins to outperform Bitcoin this year.
2. Injective ($INJ)
Injective is an interoperable Layer 1 blockchain focused on building DeFi applications.
The ecosystem’s native token, INJ, is used for protocol governance, dApp value capture, PoS security, developer incentives, and staking.
Its market capitalization currently stands at $648 million, with 80% of tokens already in circulation.
Through a weekly buyback and burn mechanism, Injective destroys 60% of all fees of dApps built on it, giving the INJ token a highly deflationary nature.
Injective has performed very strongly this year, with an increase of 540%, far exceeding Bitcoin.
3、Fetch.ai($FET)
Fetch.ai is an AI-focused lab whose mission is to build an open, permissionless, decentralized machine learning network to democratize AI technology.
The lab allows anyone to perform tasks by tapping into its global data network, accessing secure data sets and operating with autonomous artificial intelligence.
Fetch.AI's models can optimize DeFi transaction services, transportation networks, smart energy grids, travel and other fields that rely on large-scale data sets.
The company works with several partners, most recently starting a collaboration with Bosch.
Its native token FET was launched on Binance Launchpad in 2019 and is the main medium of exchange within the Fetch.ai ecosystem, used to pay for services provided by Fetch.ai and for staking. Currently, its market value is $177 million.
FET has risen more than 550% this year, and although it has since retreated, it is still up 130% from its January price.
4. Ocean Protocol ($OCEAN)

Ocean Protocol is an ecosystem of shared data and services that connects individuals and businesses looking to monetize their data with consumers seeking previously inaccessible datasets.
Basically, Ocean Protocol allows anyone to tag their datasets and share them on the Ocean Marketplace. This provides additional revenue opportunities for data publishers and enables scientists, researchers, data analysts, AI developers, and anyone else to access previously inaccessible data.
Ocean Protocol has partnered with companies such as IBM and Mercedes-Benz to integrate its solutions into their products.
The platform’s native token, OCEAN, is the basic unit of exchange on the Ocean Marketplace. Data providers earn OCEAN tokens by providing access to their datasets, while data buyers use OCEAN tokens to acquire data.
OCEAN is also used for staking to earn rewards and for governance. Currently, its market cap is $225 million, with 43% of tokens issued.
OCEAN shares are up 120% this year, though they are down about 40% from their February high.
5. Chart ($GRT)
The Graph is a decentralized protocol designed to index and query blockchain data, originating from Ethereum. It makes data that is difficult to query directly queryable through open APIs.
The Graph Network consists of several different roles, including Indexers, Delegators, Curators, and Consumers.
Indexers are node operators in The Graph Network, and Curators signal to Indexers which APIs The Graph Network should index.
Delegators help secure the network without having to run graph nodes themselves, while Consumers pay query fees to Indexers, Curators, and Delegators by querying subgraphs.
The Graph has already been adopted by popular Ethereum dApps such as Aave, Curve, and Uniswap.
GRT is the native token of The Graph ecosystem and is used to allocate resources in the network. Indexers, Curators, and Delegators can receive corresponding income based on the amount of work they perform and GRT shares.
The current market capitalization of GRT tokens is $1 billion, the highest among AI tokens, with no supply cap. 3% of new tokens are issued each year as rewards, and inflation is combated through multiple destructions.
GRT has risen 100% since January and 300% at the peak of AI hype in February.
6、SingularityNET($AGIX)
SingularityNET is a blockchain-based platform designed to make it easy for anyone to create, share, and monetize AI services on its globally accessible AI marketplace.
AI developers can publish and sell their AI tools on the marketplace, while users can use the platform’s native utility token, AGIX, to test and purchase various AI services.
SingularityNET has established partnerships with many companies including Binance, Cardano, Ocean Protocol, etc.
AGIX is used for market trading, staking, and as a governance token. Currently, its market capitalization is $282 million, and 61% of the tokens have been issued.
AGIX rose more than 1,200% during the period of strong momentum in the AI market, although it has since retreated. However, it is still up more than 350% since January.
7. Measurable Datatokens ($MDT)

Measurable Data Token (MDT) is a decentralized data exchange system dedicated to building a blockchain-based data economy that enables data providers and data buyers to exchange data in a secure and anonymous environment.
The project has been around since 2014. Its native token, MDT, is used as payment for data purchases and user reward programs.
Despite its relatively small market cap of $35 million, 67% of tokens are in circulation and its listing on major exchanges provides it with a significant amount of daily trading volume.
MDT is up 180% this year, though it is down about 50% from its February high.
Summarize
Although the AI trend peaked in February this year, this is only a node in its development and is far from the end. AI technology is still in the early stages of booming and is expected to experience massive growth in the next few years.
