Almost all the guides I saw for the zkSync airdrop were not reliable and would not qualify you for $ZKS. So I shared my research.
Short version:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1V5mJuUdXliZZzWHM2dGE9SkIz9AaGOqkQIFXUg0A-hM/edit?usp=sharing
A more detailed version:
If you have active old wallets that have used zkSync light wallets and mainnet, it is recommended to use these wallets first to ensure that they have not been attacked. Hopefully, use outside of ERA is not a requirement.
It also makes sense to follow the ARB’s standards here:

1. Top up your wallet with USDC and ETH, use more than $10,000 (ARB’s standard) if possible.
2. Bridge funds to ERA via Orbiter or the official bridge (some say Orbiter doesn’t count, but I think that’s very unlikely. In any case, at Gwei 15, there’s no harm in using the official bridge. Deposits are about $7, withdrawals are about $1, but it requires a 24 hour lockup. Plus, you might miss out on a potential Orbiter airdrop).

3. Exchange USD 10,000+ USD to USD+ on @mavprotocol.
Link: https://app.mav.xyz
Pay attention to the quotes. If the quotes from mav are not suitable, try other exchanges (sometimes mav’s quotes are better, sometimes syncswap). Set low slippage.

4. Convert some USD+ to USDC on @overnight_fi.
Link: https://app.overnight.fi/swap
If you just want to get volume, convert a small amount and keep the rest for later conversion from USD+ to USDC in larger amounts (you will lose some USD on the quote, but it may be worth it for the volume. Converting $10,000 USDC via USD+ to USDC may end up with a loss of $8, but it may be worth it for the volume. Just make sure it looks relatively natural).
5. Deposit USDC and USD+ into @syncswap’s liquidity pool.

6. Supply $usdc to @Era_Lend and @ReactorFusionR.

7. Mint and list your own NFTs on @MintSquareNFT (closes June 30th).
Link: https://mintsquare.io/mint

8. Purchase an ERA domain on @era_domain (cost 0.003 ETH).
Link: https://era.name

9. Replace some usd+ with busd on @veSyncL2.
Link: https://app.vesync.finance/swap
Also, only swap small amounts on exchanges other than maverick or syncswap, as liquidity on other exchanges is quite poor.

10. Change busd to usdc on @izumi_Finance.
Link: https://izumi.finance/trade/swap

Keep some USDC and ETH in ERA for repeated transactions over the next few months (at least once a month).
11. You can use other protocols like http://velocore.xyz or http://mute.io for future redemptions. Or in general, any protocol on https://defillama.com/chain/zkSync Era.

12. Bridge via @Orbiter_Finance / @rhinofi or official bridge:
https://orbiter.finance/?source=zkSync Era&dest=Decision
https://app.rhino.fi/bridge?token=ETH
Rhino has higher fees but has new smart contract interactions.
Once you have completed these or other steps, you can check your activity (gas paid, transaction volume, number of transactions, protocol interactions) using the following tools:
https://byfishh.github.io/zk-flow/
https://10kdrop.com
Or use your browser:
https://explorer.zksync.io

Following this guide you will interact with 10+ smart contracts and perform over 25 transactions. If we look at the activity of other zkSync users https://dune.com/tigertigertiger/zksync-airdrop-criteria we can see that most “users” make fewer swaps and trade smaller volumes, so you are highly qualified to receive an airdrop.

In a few weeks, @NEONprotocolio v3 should be live on zkSync and you can save yourself some work by setting up a recurring buy strategy.
