1. Arkham creates a dashboard of crypto asset holdings of governments in various countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany
Arkham posted on the X platform that its team has created a dashboard showing data from the governments with the largest crypto asset holdings. For each country, users can see its current BTC balance, its balance history in US dollars, and a real-time stream of recent transactions. The largest countries currently recorded on the platform include the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, and now all this data is displayed in one place.

2. GBTC outflows are negative again, Bitcoin price is stable
Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) saw $124.9 million in outflows, but Bitcoin prices remained stable, challenging the idea that outflows would push prices lower, according to on-chain data. Meanwhile, Fidelity’s FBTC saw inflows of $4.6 million, and Bitwise’s BITB saw inflows of $11.1 million. While the consensus is that continued outflows from GBTC will create selling pressure on Bitcoin and push prices lower, some market participants are taking a wait-and-see approach, noting that outflows are expected given GBTC’s high fee structure. Traders are pricing in some price stability for Bitcoin in the remaining weeks of April, with bettors at Polymarket giving a 60% chance of Bitcoin reaching $75,000 by the end of the month and a 32% chance of $80,000.

Solana development team Anza published a post on the X platform saying that its test network v1.18.11 version has been released, and it is recommended that the test network verification nodes be upgraded to help developers observe the effectiveness of the relevant patches in solving the congestion problem.

4. Ethereum developers plan the next upgrade, which will include improving user experience and increasing the validator deposit limit.
After successfully implementing the Dencun upgrade, which makes it cheaper to transact on the second-layer blockchain, Ethereum developers are now planning the next improvements to the blockchain. The contents of the next upgrade, "Pectra," have not yet been finalized, but developers have previously said that their goal is to launch it while simultaneously working on the next upgrade of the chain. During Thursday's Ethereum All-Core Developers Call, participants said that Pectra is likely to include Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) 3074, a set of code changes designed to improve the user experience of Ethereum wallets. In addition, Pectra will also increase the collateral limit for validators from 32 ETH to 2048 ETH, a 64-fold increase.

5. Chainlink launches cross-chain application Transporter, which will connect to 8 networks in the first round
Chainlink has announced the launch of Transporter, a highly secure cross-chain token application built on the Chainlink CCIP, a cross-chain interoperability standard. Transporter is co-developed by the Chainlink Foundation and supported by Chainlink Labs. Chainlink’s mature infrastructure provides Transporter with a deep defense security model so that users can transfer tokens across different blockchains. The first batch of blockchains to be connected include Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, and WEMIX.

6. Uniswap Labs and Across propose cross-chain intent standards
Uniswap Labs and Across have collaborated to propose a new standard for cross-chain intents, establishing a unified framework for specifying intent systems for cross-chain operations, allowing different intent systems to interoperate through a unified filler network. This standard aims to improve the efficiency and user experience of applications, fillers, and end users, making the cross-chain ecosystem more connected and decentralized. The standard has been submitted to the ERC review process and some open questions have been raised in the Ethereum Wizards forum, hoping to get feedback from the community.

7. Oracle RedStone and EigenLayer reach a $500 million cooperation agreement
Oracle protocol RedStone announced a $500 million partnership with liquidity re-collateralization protocol Ether.Fi, which will invest $500 million to help protect RedStone's data oracle, which is used to transmit information between the blockchain and the outside world. More than 20,000 node operators from Ether.fi will manage RedStone's Active Verification Service (AVS) and use Ether.fi's native liquidity re-collateralization token eETH to prevent active failures and crypto-economic attacks within the RedStone node provider network.
