This fact comes in response to the SEC wanting to freeze the assets of BinanceUS.
It still needs to be approved by the judge, but they finally reached an agreement.
In a way it will give greater peace of mind to customers, because they did not know what was going to happen with the subsidiary at #EEUU , right in the middle of the current restrictions that are being experienced.
