The UK All-Parliamentary Group on Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets (APPG) released a cryptocurrency survey report titled "Realizing Government’s Vision for the UK to Become a Global Hub for Cryptocurrency & Fintech Innovation", calling on the government to introduce crypto financial services regulations as soon as possible and appoint a full-time official to oversee the process. In addition, the report also describes the responsibilities of government officials and the current methods of regulating cryptocurrencies by regulators such as the Bank of England, the Advertising Standards Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
