The Ethereum Foundation (English: Ethereum Foundation) has opened applications for the fourth class of the Ethereum Protocol Fellowship (EPF), which is designed to support the development of the Ethereum core protocol.
Four-month, scholarship-paid Ethereum research project
EPF is a program hosted by the Ethereum Foundation that provides opportunities for developers and researchers interested in becoming contributors to the Ethereum protocol to gain practical experience and make meaningful contributions to the development of Ethereum. . The program focuses on developers and researchers who are passionate about Ethereum, its community, and decentralized technology.

We hope to form a diverse team of fellows who will work together to advance the technical development of Ethereum during the four-month fellowship, including developing client implementations, testing and specification development, as well as participating in the latest core protocol research.
EPF Fellowship members receive mentorship and a monthly stipend
Fellowship members participating in the EPF will work with mentors from the core development community and receive a monthly stipend to focus on the fellowship program.
EPF is a completely license-free program and anyone can participate and enjoy the same benefits and support as selected fellowship members. In addition, EPF will reward license-free participants for active participation.
The Ethereum Foundation stated that there were many outstanding Fellowship members from previous EPF classes who have made significant contributions to Ethereum, and it looks forward to seeing the achievements of the fourth Fellowship members. The fourth edition of the scholarship program will take place from July to November 2023 with a physical event at the Devconnect event in Istanbul, Turkey
