BTS Global founder Eric Lee disclosed on Twitter that four people in Banger Games "defrauded more than $10 million" in its private sale. Eric Lee also stated that he had been talking with co-founder Borja Villalobos since April and suspended his work after the investigation.

As previously reported, in February last year, the startup Banger Games completed a strategic financing of 10 million euros (about 11.4 million U.S. dollars), aiming to become the first blockchain game center to provide players with a comprehensive experience. Avalanche, Shima Capital, GSR, Flori Ventures, Poolz Ventures, G20, LucidBlue Ventures, Belobaba Fund, Square Capital, CSP DAO, Halvings Capital, OIG Capital and BigCoin Capital participated in the investment.
