Deep tide TechFlow news, the verifiable oracle protocol ORA is launching its on-chain artificial intelligence oracle (OAO) on the Ethereum mainnet. Although OAO was initially released on Ethereum, in the coming weeks oracles will also be available on Optimism, Base, Polygon, and Manta.
OAO uses optimistic machine learning (opML), which enables machine learning models to be designed on the chain, but the security is slightly weakened.
ORA's OAO can already provide machine learning services including the mature AI chatbot Grok, the deep learning text-to-image AI model Stable Diffusion, and Meta's open source large language model Llama2.
ORA founder Kartin Wong pointed out that only opML can put Grok on the chain. Compared with zero-knowledge machine learning (zkML), opML can effectively put Grok's 314 billion parameter model on the chain, thereby reducing management costs by more than 1,000,000 times.
