Binance will support BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) upgrade and hard fork.

  • The update and hard fork of the BNB Smart Chain network (BEP20) will take place at the height of the BNB Smart Chain block 29 020 050, or approximately 06/12/2023 at 01:00 (Kyiv time). Deposits and withdrawals on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network will be suspended from approximately 00:30 on 06/12/2023 (in Kyiv).

Please note:

  • Trading of tokens available on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) will not be disrupted during the network upgrade and hard fork.

  • The BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) upgrade and hard fork will take place at BNB Smart Chain block height 29,020,050. The estimated time is for reference only.

  • Binance will comply with all technical requirements applicable to all users.

  • The network upgrade and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) hard fork will not generate new tokens.

  • We will reopen BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) deposits and withdrawals as soon as we believe the updated network is stable, we will not notify users in a separate announcement.

  • In the event of a discrepancy between the translated version and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
