As soon as someone says it with such certainty, without a hint of doubt, don't trust them for a moment. They're a liar.
No one can predict the crypto market with certainty, and the same goes for any other market. Anyone who thinks they can predict it with certainty is a terrible investor and a terrible trader - they'll lose every time because they won't know how to question themselves.
