Odaily Planet Daily According to official news, Acala, the Polkadot ecosystem DeFi protocol, announced that the Starlay protocol was hacked last month due to the protocol’s USDC pool configuration. Starlay decided to first provide 2,995,578 ASTR to affected users to make up for 1/4 of the losses, the remainder will be made up through new token airdrops. To further support community members affected by this incident, the Acala Foundation is also willing to provide additional financial compensation to users participating in the Starlay Pool, totaling 70,890.1 LDOT and 5,532.733 DOT, representing approximately 5% of the reported losses.
