During 2022, Binance worked closely with the Ukrainian government to help its population, which still finds itself in a very difficult situation today. We recently held a five-day training program in Kyiv, led by experts and leaders of the Law Enforcement Investigation and Training Team from Binance, which covered several important topics in the fight against financial cybercrime involving cryptos or digital assets: law enforcement investigations, asset recovery and management, anti-money laundering policies money (AML), crime prevention initiatives, etc.
Experts and employees from several ministries attended the offline workshops, including the Directorate for Combating Cybercrime, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, as well as the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

Our five-day workshop in Ukraine is just a small fraction of our ongoing efforts within the country and around the world, and we will continue to provide whatever assistance we can to Ukraine, including in resolving business related to digital assets or to provide humanitarian assistance.
Through our global law enforcement training program launching in 2022, Binance has already conducted over 70 workshops for law enforcement. Each of them is led by security experts with extensive experience in this field as well as former members of law enforcement, most of whom participated in the dismantling of some of the criminal platforms the most infamous like Silkroad and Hydra.
We plan to continue working with law enforcement and cybercrime investigative agencies around the world to strengthen security on the blockchain and digital asset sector.
