Cryptocurrency asset management company Bitwise has requested to withdraw its Ethereum futures ETF application submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), stating that "pursuant to the above-mentioned post-effective amendment to the trust registration statement, the trust no longer intends to seek the validity of the fund and has not sold or will sell the securities of the fund."
