The proposal details the strategic allocation plan for 3,348,026 ARB tokens granted to the Radiant DAO Treasury, of which 40% of ARB will be airdropped to new 6-month and 1-year dLP lockers, 30% of ARB will be allocated to dLP lockers on Arbitrum, and 30% will be used as a strategic reserve for future DAO use.
