By participating in this Activity, users agree to the following Terms of Activity and additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Rewards Program; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; are all incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Operating Terms and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Operating Terms shall prevail, followed by the provisions of these Operating Terms. the following terms in this order of precedence and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for the Prize Promotion; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.
Only users from eligible regions who complete KYC by the end of the activity period will be eligible to receive rewards.
