Binance NFT Marketplace will launch the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT Collection, with 500 Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFTs available. When the collection launches, there will be BNB requirements as part of the subscription mechanism.

From 05/01/2023 03:00 (Moscow time) users will be able to take part in the initial sale of NFTs from the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass collection. NFT Racer Club VIP Fan Pass owners will be able to access the new Racer Club GameFi platform, which will be launched soon.

Timing and details of the subscription mechanism

1. Preparatory period: from 05/01/2023 03:00 to 05/03/2023 05:00 (Moscow time).

To participate in the initial sale of NFTs from the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass collection, users must meet the BNB requirements during the preparation period. Users who meet the minimum average daily BNB balance requirement of 0.1 BNB during the preparatory phase will be able to participate in the initial NFT sale.

2. Subscription period: c 05/03/2023 05:00 to 05/04/2023 12:00 (MST).

Eligible users will have access to a subscription that will provide them with tickets to participate in the NFT sale. Each eligible user can only receive five tickets to participate in the initial NFT sale if they meet the BNB requirements.

At this point, users must redeem tickets as part of the initial offering of a specific NFT by clicking the Subscribe to Tickets button. Only subscribed users will be able to participate in the offer.

Each entry ticket submitted will lock in 0.1 ETH, which we will return at the end of the distribution period to users who do not receive a winning ticket.

Only the available ETH balance in the spot wallet can be used for subscription. Make sure you have enough ETH in your spot wallet before using tickets.

3. Calculation period: from 05/04/2023 12:00 to 05/04/2023 15:00 (Moscow time).

The system will fairly and impartially select winning tickets from those used by participants. The winning ticket will purchase the NFT Racer Club VIP Fan Pass during the initial NFT offering for 0.1 ETH.

4. Distribution period: 05/04/2023 at 15:00 (Moscow time).

Winning ticket holders will be able to purchase the NFT Racer Club VIP Fan Pass during the initial NFT sale and we will debit the corresponding ETH equivalent. Purchased NFTs will automatically be credited to user accounts. Users will be able to find their NFTs on the Binance NFT Marketplace under “My NFTs > Collection.”

Users whose tickets do not win will automatically receive used ETH tokens in their spot wallets.

  • Each user who meets the BNB requirements will be able to purchase a maximum of five Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFTs during the initial NFT sale.

  • The NFT Racer Club VIP Fan Pass will be available for sale on the Binance NFT secondary market after the distribution period on 05/04/2023 from 15:00 (UTC).

  • Users must be verified to list and transact NFTs on the Binance NFT Marketplace.

  • Users can view their NFTs on the Binance NFT marketplace under “My NFTs > Collection.” Detailed information about NFT transactions is also available on the Binance NFT marketplace under “My NFTs > History.”

  • Note. The rights of NFT Racer Club VIP Fan Pass holders are determined and provided by Racer Club Labs. The Binance NFT Marketplace is only a platform for users to purchase and transact NFTs and is not responsible for the rights associated with owning the NFT Racer Club VIP Fan Pass.

  • Binance reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participants if it detects signs of fraud.

  • Binance reserves the right, without prior notice, at any time and in its sole discretion, to establish and/or change the terms and conditions (including, without limitation, the cancellation, extension, termination and suspension of this promotion), as well as the terms and conditions of participation, eligibility conditions and the number of winners and timing of any assignments. All participants are required to follow the changes.
