Binance NFT Marketplace is excited to introduce the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT Collection! There are a total of 500 Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFTs in this collection. BNB Prerequisite will be applied within the scope of the Participation Mechanism for the sale of the collection.

Users can participate in the NFT primary sale of the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT Collection starting at 03:00 (UTC) on 01/05/2023. By holding a Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT, users can gain access to the new Racer Club GameFi platform launching soon.

Participation Mechanism Timeline and Details

1. Preparation Phase — 01/05/2023 03.00 (UTC) - 03/05/2023 05.00 (CET)

Users must meet the BNB Prerequisite during the Preparation Phase in order to participate in the NFT primary sale of the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT Collection. Users must have an average daily BNB balance of at least 0.1 BNB during the Preparation Phase to be eligible to participate in the relevant NFT primary sale.

2. Participation Phase — 03/05/2023 05.00 (UTC) - 04/05/2023 12.00 (CET)

When eligible users continue the participation process, they are allocated participation tickets to participate in the sale. Each eligible user can only purchase five participation tickets for the NFT primary sale once they meet the BNB Prerequisite.

At this stage, users need to allocate their participation tickets to the NFT primary sale by clicking the [Join with Ticket] button. Only users who allocate and participate with their tickets will be eligible to participate in the sale.

Each participating ticket allocated means 0.1 ETH will be locked, which will only be refunded at the end of the Distribution Phase to those who do not have a winning ticket.

Users must ensure that they have sufficient ETH in their Spot wallet before participating with participation tickets, as they can only use the existing ETH balance in their Spot wallet to complete the participation.

3. Calculation Phase — 04/05/2023 12.00 (UTC) - 04/05/2023 15.00 (CET)

The system will select winning tickets in a fair and equitable manner from all allocated entry tickets. A winning ticket allows the user to purchase a Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT for 0.1 ETH from the NFT primary sale.

4. Distribution Phase — 04/05/2023 15.00 (UTC)

Users with winning participation tickets will be able to purchase Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFTs in the NFT primary sale and will be deducted in ETH accordingly. Purchased NFTs will be automatically distributed to users' accounts, and users will be able to access their NFTs via Binance NFT Market > My NFTs > Collected.

Users who do not have winning participation tickets will have their ETH immediately refunded to their Spot wallets.

  • Users can access their NFTs by following these steps: Binance NFT Market > My NFTs > Collectibles. Details about users' NFT transactions can also be accessed via Binance NFT > My NFTs > History.

  • Please note: The rights granted to Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT holders are determined and provided by Racer Club Labs. Binance NFT Marketplace is merely a platform where users can purchase and trade NFTs and is not responsible or liable for granting rights to holders of the Racer Club VIP Fan Pass NFT.

  • Binance reserves the right to immediately disqualify participants who show signs of fraudulent behavior.

  • Binance; determine these terms and conditions in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this event, the qualifying terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any transactions to be made. and/or change or make changes, and all Participants will be subject to such changes.
