Ault Alliance, Inc., a diversified holding company, announced the expansion of its strategic collaboration between its wholly owned subsidiary BitNile, Inc. and Core Scientific, Inc., a provider of high-performance blockchain computing data centers and software solutions.

The company announced last month that BitNile would operate 3,000 S19j Pro miners at Core Scientific's existing facilities starting in April 2023. Now BitNile and Core Scientific have amended the agreement so that BNI will operate 10,000 S19j Pro miners with Core Scientific starting May 1, 2023. This will allow BitNile to operate approximately 30 megawatts of power capacity at Core Scientific's facilities. (Business Wire)
