Binance is excited to announce Binance Launchpad project 31: Open Campus (EDU) (webpage estimated to be available in 4 hours). The sale of the Open Campus token will be carried out through the Launchpad subscription format. Recording of users' BNB balances will begin on April 23, 2023 at 00:00 (UTC).

Binance will record users' BNB balances for 5 days from April 23, 2023 00:00 (UTC) to April 28, 2023 00:00 (UTC). Each user's final BNB holding amount will be determined as the 5-day average. The daily average BNB balance calculation previously announced here will be used.

EDU Token Sale Details:

  • Token name: EDU (Open Campus)

  • Launchpad Total Capitalization: $2,500,000

  • Maximum limit per user: 15,000 USD (300,000 EDU)

  • Total supply of tokens: 1,000,000,000 EDU

  • Total tokens allocated to Binance Launchpad: 50,000,000 EDU (5% of total token supply)

  • Token price for public sale: 1 EDU = 0.05 USD (price in BNB to be determined before subscription)

  • Token sale format: subscription

  • Sessions supported: BNB only

Subscription timeline:

  • Preparation period: from April 23, 2023 at 00:00 (UTC) to April 28, 2023 at 00:00 (UTC). During this period, users' BNB balances will be calculated with snapshots taken every hour every day for a period of 5 days. The final average of your daily BNB balance for those 5 days will determine the maximum amount of BNB you can pre-allocate later.

  • Subscription period: 06:00 (UTC) to 09:00 (UTC) on April 28, 2023. Subscription will be enabled at this time for all eligible users for a period of 3 hours. At the same time and before pre-allocating their BNB, users will also need to sign the Token Purchase Agreement. Please note that once you pre-allocate, your BNB will be locked in escrow and you will not be able to request a refund or access features such as transfer, withdrawal or trading until the final token distribution is made.

  • Calculation period: from 09:00 (UTC) to 10:00 (UTC) on April 28, 2023. The subscription is closed and the calculation for the allocation of tokens begins.

  • Final token distribution: April 28, 2023 at 10:00 (UTC). Your final token allocation will have been calculated and the corresponding BNB will be deducted from the amount of BNB that was already locked in escrow. Once the deduction is made, your remaining EDU and BNB tokens will be transferred to your spot wallet.
