Key Points
In its first year, Binance Gift Card has achieved several remarkable milestones.
This summer, Binance Gift Cards launched new features, improved accessibility, and expanded across multiple countries.
Binance Gift Cards are the most convenient and easy-to-use way to give crypto in the industry, making them easy to use for both beginners and experienced crypto holders. In just one year, the easy-to-use Binance Gift Cards have become a popular way to give crypto, and their accessibility continues to increase.
In its first year, Binance Gift Cards have been used by thousands of people around the world, especially during holidays, when people have been giving them as unique gifts.
Binance gift cards are popular because they can be used even by people who don’t have a Binance account, and there is no need to pay any fees when spending.
On the occasion of the first anniversary of Binance Gift Card, we will provide you with a detailed introduction to its latest activities and specific ways for users to participate.
What’s new with Binance Gift Cards this summer?
This summer, Binance’s fiat gift cards and flash events saw high user participation in countries such as Estonia, Hungary, and Ukraine, sparking great interest in localized events in these regions.
In addition, Binance cryptocurrency gift cards have also undergone new improvements and updates. Users can now use tokens in their spot wallets directly without transferring them to their funding wallets. Users can therefore better use their funds and enjoy a seamless experience. If your funding wallet balance is insufficient, the new system will automatically use the funds in your spot wallet to pay for transactions.
Previously, gift cards could only be sent via SMS or email. Now, you can send them directly to the recipient’s account. Best of all, you can give Binance crypto gift cards to anyone, even if they are not a Binance user. This makes Binance gift cards the perfect way for people to easily start their cryptocurrency journey.
In addition, to simplify the cryptocurrency issuance and transfer process for enterprises, we launched the Binance Code prepaid cryptocurrency certificate, making the transfer and transaction of cryptocurrency simpler and more convenient.
Can be sent directly to the recipient's account
Binance Gift Cards can now be sent directly to redeemer wallets! You can still send gift cards via SMS and email, but Binance has introduced a new feature that eliminates the need to copy and paste, and the gift card will automatically appear in the recipient’s gift card wallet. This new feature makes it even more convenient for users to use Binance Gift Cards.
Convertible and convertible into fiat currency
In May of this year, we launched a new feature for redemption and conversion to fiat in the Binance App Gift Card Mini Program. In addition to the 270+ cryptocurrencies currently supported, we have added three new fiat currencies that users can send and receive. This new feature allows users to redeem their gift cards and easily convert the crypto in the gift cards into any selected fiat currency without paying any fees.
The fiat currencies available for exchange include the US dollar (USD), Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), Philippine peso (PHP), Vietnamese dong (VND), Indian rupee (INR), Indonesian rupiah (IDR), Nigerian naira (NGN) and Russian ruble (RUB).
To redeem a gift card and convert the crypto in it into fiat, go to the Profile section of the Binance app, tap the Gift Cards icon, then Redeem, then Redeem and Convert to Fiat.
Binance held a grand celebration for its first anniversary!
In its first year, Binance Gift Card has become one of the most popular cryptocurrency gift cards. To celebrate, we held a 1st anniversary flash giveaway with a prize pool worth up to 10,000 Dogecoins, which successfully attracted nearly 100,000 new users to start their cryptocurrency journey.
Currently, users can "Add to Favorites" and save their favorite templates by clicking the star icon in the upper right corner of the Binance homepage. With this new feature, you can now save your favorite gift cards in one place, but remember that limited edition gift cards will only be valid for a specific time period!
