According to an official announcement, The Sandbox is working with Korean mobile game developer and publisher Netmarble to strengthen its metaverse content section.

Through this collaboration, The Sandbox plans to bring Netmarble's intellectual property to the Metaverse and will create a "Netmarble IP" themed LAND within K-Verse, a space built specifically for Korean cultural content. The LAND is 6x6 in size, allowing users to fully immerse themselves in the world of Netmarble's popular IP.

In addition to creating this new space, The Sandbox will also develop Metaverse: My City, a Metaverse-based real estate/board game in conjunction with Netmarble’s intellectual property (IP). Additionally, this partnership will introduce a variety of Metaverse content and collaborations, including Netmarble’s popular IPs Seven Knights and Kungya.
