The U.S. Court for the Southern District of New York summoned Justin Sun, founder of the Tron blockchain, on March 14, requiring him to respond to the SEC’s notice against him within 21 days. If there is no response, a default judgment will be entered.

Due to SEC charges, Justin Sun's company illegally sold TRX or BTT through eight people including Lindsay Lohan. Most celebrities have paid fines, except for rapper DeAndre Cortez Way (Soulja Boy) and YouTuber Austin Mahone. So both of them also received subpoenas.

(Reviewing the SEC complaint against Justin Sun: Justin Sun was accused by the SEC of fraud, unregistered Tron/BitTorrent sales and market fraud)

Justin Sun responded to the subpoena: 4

In response, Justin Sun only responded with Binance founder Changpeng Zhao's signature move "4", which means no FUD (panic and fear). Justin Sun is also currently participating in the Web Carnival in Hong Kong and has been warmly welcomed by many Chinese-speaking communities.

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao also responded in this way when facing CFTC prosecution. (To learn about the CFTC’s lawsuit, please see: Complete explanation of CFTC’s lawsuit against Binance)
