Consensys NFT Collection
To celebrate Ethereum's Shanghai upgrade, Consensys launched an NFT collection called Ethereum, Evolved: Shanghai in two editions. The first anniversary edition includes an artistic NFT that represents themes of liquidity and security. By removing barriers to access to ETH staking, liquidity in the system will increase and attract global staking participation, which will improve cybersecurity. To thank all Core Devs and contributors, ConsenSys will send this commemorative NFT to Ethereum Core Devs on April 13, the day after the Shanghai/Capella upgrade is activated.
The second version, the open version, is an NFT that embodies the theme of decentralization, a benefit of the Shanghai/Capella upgrade. By encouraging the participation of a larger number of validators, the Shanghai/Capella upgrade improves the network security of the system by increasing decentralization.
Instructions for mint NTF Shanghai/Capella
Step 1: Go to https://shanghai-capella.consensys-nft.com/
Step 2: Click on “Start Your NFT Claim”.
Step 3: Connect Metamask wallet, if you don't have a wallet yet, visit https://metamask.io/ to download and install Metamask wallet.
Step 4: Click “Claim Your NFT” and pay the mint fee to receive the NFT.
