This indicator is still standard, I still monitor it regularly. CME organizations still time price increases quite well with all orders being Long positions.

CME organizations have closed all Short positions and opened an additional 366 Long positions, the total Long position is currently 12,793. This data was updated on January 30, 2024.
I monitor very often and see that this could be an indicator that the market is about to increase in price when in previous price increases, most of the positions of CME organizations were Long positions and there were no Short positions.
