XRPL rules require support to exceed 80% and remain above that threshold for two consecutive weeks before activation; official materials still list XLS-66d as not enabled. The current voting progress does not mean lending is already available on mainnet, and the dashboard does not list an activation date. The next thing to watch is whether support crosses the threshold and stays there for a full two weeks. Are you more interested in the activation timeline or the protocol’s risk boundaries after launch?
