I think $JCT is about to face strong selling pressure.
Just look at how aggressively it rose from $0.0048 to almost $0.010. That’s a huge move in such a short time, and now we’re seeing a big red candle right after the rally.
This is where things get interesting.
A lot of traders probably entered expecting the rally to continue, but what happens if buyers can’t push the price back above $0.010?
Those late buyers could start exiting, adding even more selling pressure.
I expect a deeper correction, possibly back down to $0.004 if sellers take control.
Of course, that’s an ambitious target, and the market could still surprise us. That’s why I’m keeping my SL above the recent highs.
I could be wrong, but I see more downside potential than upside here.
