Retail is crowded long on BNB. The big wallets are not. That's my warning.

Funding on BNB jumped from 0.0027% to 0.0115% in one session, and retail long/short sits at 2.71 while smart money is only 1.11. That's a boat leaning hard to one side. Same signature on BTC, ETH and SOL by the way, retail above 3 and bigger size under 2. Open interest barely moved, so no fresh money is entering. The crowd is just paying to keep old longs alive on volume that's basically dead.

BTC near 75,960, wedged between 75,350 and 76,313, price under EMA20 and EMA50. No edge in the middle of that range.

Gold at 4,065 with central banks buying more than jewellery demand is the real signal here. That's defensive money, not risk-on money. Dollar is firm, USD/INR around 93.92, and this week brings CPI and a pile of Fed speeches. Equities are in the same boat, earnings plus inflation doing all the talking, so crypto isn't getting a liquidity push from anywhere.

News flow isn't helping either. Binance's finance chief reportedly leaving, US Treasury moving on MEXC, a Hyperliquid wallet sitting on a $101M BTC short, European users told to pull funds before fees kick in. Fear at 28.

I'm not adding longs in the middle of this range. If funding resets and price flushes toward 74,888, then I get interested. Until then I'd rather hold cash.

Not financial advice, just my read.
