On November 8, HYPE and APT are trading lower, meaning the resumption of withdrawals has not lifted their prices.

This pattern is familiar in the market: a freeze after a security incident, followed by a gradual reopening, then a wait for confidence to return in stages.

If you’re holding coins other than HYPE and APT on the platform, you may have to wait a while before you can withdraw them. And if the checks are completed later, access to assets may improve, though that doesn’t necessarily mean prices will improve.

Bottom line: reopening withdrawals is a first step, not the end of the story.
