The institutional accumulation story hasn’t stopped: Strive disclosed that it bought an additional 15,124 $BTC in October. While ETFs continue to see net outflows, companies are still quietly adding to their holdings.

For comparison, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs had their worst week since June, with cumulative outflows of about $1.28 billion, essentially wiping out this year’s net inflows. BTC is currently trading sideways around $75,800, down about 6% from this week’s high of roughly $81,000. The Fear & Greed Index is around 25, in the extreme fear zone.

In my view, ETF flows reflect short-term sentiment, while corporate treasury buying tends to be more long-term. These two forces are pulling in opposite directions, so the market looks more range-bound than headed in one direction. The key level to watch is the 200-day moving average, at around $73,200.
