📊 Deep Dive | BTC ETFs suffer their worst week of 2026, but some are buying against the trend

BTC spot ETFs saw $1.28 billion in net outflows last week, their worst showing since June, with flows turning negative for the first time in 2026. Friday alone saw $412 million flow out. IBIT shouldered $403 million in outflows, while only FBTC bucked the trend, drawing $42.8 million in inflows.

The 30-day picture is even more painful: SOL down 18.3%, XRP down 16%, ETH down 9.7%, and BTC down 7.4%.

But the other side of the story is just as real: Strategy repurchased $208 million worth of STRC and added 811 BTC, bringing its total holdings to 849,000 BTC; the Central Bank of Russia announced that retail investors can officially trade BTC, ETH, and USDT starting November 17; and Samsung Wallet opened USDC trading to 82 million Galaxy devices.

ETF flows are bleeding in the short term, but structural buying hasn’t stopped in the long term. Are we at peak fear—or in a golden buying opportunity? Share your take in the comments.
