Binance is closing some EU accounts by December 31.
Per Investing.com:
• MiCA transition period has expired
• Users in France, Spain, Italy and Poland report withdrawal notices
• Deposits are blocked on affected accounts, withdrawals still work
• From Nov 29, remaining balances face a monthly fee
My take: this is a compliance reset, not a solvency story. But if you hold on any exchange, the lesson is the same: know your region's rules and keep your withdrawal path clear.
Did you get a notice? Or are you moving to self-custody anyway?
