Strategy disclosed in a November 2 filing that its designated dollar reserve stood at $4.79 billion as of November 1, alongside $132.7 million in cash. According to Odaily, the company used $43.4 million from the reserve to pay preferred stock dividends from October 26 to November 1.

Strategy said it repurchased $176 million of STRC in September and increased its securities repurchase authorization to $2 billion, later raising the limit to $3 billion by its October results. It bought back $208.2 million of STRC from October 26 to November 1. Through its October results in 2026, Strategy had raised about $431.8 million by selling Bitcoin to fund dividends and repurchases. Starting November 1, STRC dividends accrue daily, including weekends and holidays, with payments processed on business days. STRC has no security interest in the Bitcoin held by Strategy, and its payment capacity depends on the issuer’s resources.
