$XRP Personally, I don’t like projects where the people behind them hold huge amounts of the currency and control how it’s distributed and when it’s sold, leaving me as an investor at the mercy of their decisions.
I invest my own money and bear the risk of losing it, while they have reserves they can sell when the opportunity arises. **Why should I put my money into an asset whose future depends on decisions made by people over whom I have no control and whose profits I don’t share?**
The slogan “this is to develop the project” doesn’t convince me. Developing the project doesn’t guarantee me a profit, and the company’s success doesn’t necessarily mean my investment in its currency will succeed.
I prefer projects whose supply is already distributed, whose ownership is less concentrated, and whose rules are clear. That doesn’t guarantee me a profit, but it keeps me away from a risk I won’t accept: waiting for the people holding the reserves to decide what to do with them.
Even if the currency goes up, that doesn’t change my position. I don’t want an investment that depends on the project owners’ goodwill; I want rules that limit their ability to influence my investment.
