$ACT I can't make sense of this price level. It's up over 30% from the low, and the hourly candles are split roughly evenly between green and red—not what you'd expect if someone were steadily pushing the price up. Maybe the earlier pullback shook out some weak hands, and not many buyers came in afterward, leaving the order book thin and the price prone to sudden jumps. Just a guess, with no evidence.
