Just chatting: $AKE was up 3.93% over the last 5 minutes. The first thing I checked was trading volume ($414 million over 24 hours).
Why check volume first? I’ve been burned before: a rally on declining volume is often just a spike, and chasing it can leave you holding the bag.
This time, the move seems fairly measured, so it’s worth watching a little longer.
When you see a rally, what do you usually check first?
