Futures: look at the structure before discussing direction
In the futures market, I only watch crowding, not chat group messages.
Check crowding first, then price, when sizing a position.
BTC open interest notional: $7.29 billion, 24h -0.82%
Account-wide long/short ratio: 3.06
BTC 75,785 (-0.21%), ETH 2,235 (-0.07%).
Funding rate is 0.0059%, close to zero. Long/short ratio is 3.06; leverage has picked no side. If the market hasn’t picked a side, don’t use high leverage to pick one for it.
Key levels: 76,391 above, 74,420 below. Keep one-way exposure below 2x account equity. Place stops outside the structure, not at a psychologically significant round number.
Open interest is already down 0.82% over 24h. If it falls further while price holds above the 24h low, only then can we say the flush is over—not yet.
Data: Binance spot 24h / Binance USDT-margined / Yahoo daily (5-day change) / altme_fng / mempool_fees / defillama_chains / coingecko_trending. Missing figures are not filled in.
Would you place a limit order at the pullback level, or wait for the candle to close?

Insight: When gas fees on ETH rise, on-chain activity tends to cool first; derivatives markets often react later.
Food for thought: The Nasdaq is clearly outperforming the S&P 500: follow growth's higher beta, but don't spin that into a broad-based bull market.
