New SENIAT P2P taxes ruled out: The National Integrated Service for Customs and Tax Administration (SENIAT) has not announced a new specific tax on peer-to-peer (P2P) trading transactions involving $BTC USDT. Ruling SNAT/2026/00099, in effect since November 1, only updates the criteria for designating special taxpayers.
