Someone asked: Who is Vitalik (V God)?
My answer: Vitalik Buterin, known as “V God” in the Chinese community, is one of Ethereum’s co-founders. Many discussions about Ethereum’s roadmap come from public articles by Vitalik and other researchers, but upgrades ultimately go through discussions in the developer community and the EIP process.
