Ondo Finance to put Anthropic shares onchain on IPO day
@Ondo ($ONDO ) plans to offer tokenized shares of AI company @AnthropicAI through Ondo Stocks on the day trading begins, under the ticker ANTon.
Unlike pre-IPO bets that already track Anthropic’s valuation, holders will receive notes (with no voting rights) backed by actual shares held by a regulated broker.
Anthropic filed to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT on October 26, but has not set a date. The Wall Street Journal reported that Anthropic is targeting a listing during the week of November 16, although Reuters said some investors now doubt a November listing is likely.
