U.S. offers reward of up to $20 million for information on Iran’s nuclear program
On November 7, according to an announcement by the U.S. Department of State’s Rewards for Justice program, the program is offering a reward of up to $20 million for information about Iran’s nuclear program and may arrange relocation for those who provide intelligence.
The request covers Iranian nuclear facilities, equipment, related individuals (such as members of the scientific community), and the activities of these targets. The announcement also said that because Iran has failed to meet its safeguards obligations, the International Atomic Energy Agency can no longer continuously monitor the production and stockpiles of key components such as centrifuges.
