I don't think a mere price rebound is enough to declare the return of the bull market.
I want to see three things before feeling reassured:
A return of positive flows into BTC and ETH funds.
Bitcoin stabilizing and reclaiming key resistance levels.
An improving U.S. stock market and a decline in forced liquidations.
Note: There are clear discrepancies among some published reports regarding spot prices.
