$XRP is already hovering near its 30-day low, and it looks even worse than the broader market.

It’s currently around 1.17, with the 30-day low just above 1.16, leaving almost no room in between. The 7-day moving average is around 1.23, and the 30-day moving average is around 1.30; both are hanging overhead. Meanwhile, over the past few days, $BTC has been moving sideways near 76,000, with roughly a 1–2% cushion above its monthly low. $ETH is above 2,200, and at least it isn’t grinding along the floor like Ripple.

My usual approach at levels like this is to watch for two things first: a high-volume move back above the 7-day average near 1.23 would give the weakness some breathing room; if thin weekend trading sends it straight through 1.16, the next short-term support level will be hard to guess. Don’t assume that being near the low means a rebound is inevitable—I’ve learned that lesson the hard way plenty of times over the years.

Do you think 1.16 will hold, or will it break first over the weekend?

This is only my personal opinion and does not constitute investment advice. Markets involve risk.
