Cybertruck is officially dead. Elon Musk just announced Tesla will wind down production around mid-2027 to make room for more Cybercab robotaxis, ending the truck after only 3.5 years on sale. Musk once predicted 250,000 sales a year, but Tesla only moved ∼11,500 in the US in the first 9 months of 2026 — and even raised prices on the way out. 2019 unveil, 2023 delivery, 2027 goodbye.
