CoinDesk just finished counting: The list of companies opposing OKX’s tokenized stocks has grown to 67. Apple, Meta, and Palantir all said no this week.

Of the original 62 companies selected, 56 have objected—90%—and another 11 companies not on the list proactively came forward to object.

The only ones that haven’t objected are crypto insiders: Strategy, Coinbase, and Circle, along with Robinhood, Securitize, and BitGo. A platform aiming to offer stocks across the entire market has, right out of the gate, been reduced to the crypto crowd.
