Russia is already prepared with rules for crypto trading.

The new legal framework comes into force on November 17.

Retail investors will be able to trade $BTC , $ETH and $USDT through regulated intermediaries.

Interestingly, the Moscow Exchange already plans to launch this trading in December.

Everything is moving very quickly in that region.
