Ledger AI (LEDGER) – Detailed Cryptocurrency Investment Analysis

Research date: November 6, 2026

There is something important about Ledger AI that changes the investment analysis: the project’s official website now describes a planned transition from LEDGER to a new token called PSI, at a 1:1 conversion ratio.

This could become an important catalyst for existing holders, but it also introduces uncertainty. I would not buy this token without understanding the migration conditions first.

Let’s examine the project, token economics, security, market activity, upcoming developments and investment potential.

1. Project overview

Ledger AI

Website: AuraVision official website

Blockchain: Ethereum

Token: LEDGER

Contract: 0xd1f2586790a5bd6da1e443441df53af6ec213d83

Ledger AI presents AuraVision as an AI-powered business intelligence and corporate governance platform.

Its stated applications include:

  • Corporate decision-making.

  • Business risk management.

  • Regulatory compliance.

  • AI-powered research and recommendations.

  • Private, locally processed AI.

The project is now also promoting physical AI hardware that runs models locally rather than sending conversations to cloud servers.

My assessment: The business concept is interesting. However, the commercial success of an AI product and the investment value of its cryptocurrency are two different things. The project needs to demonstrate that token holders benefit economically from product adoption.

What these numbers tell us

There are three important observations:

A. Small market capitalization

A market capitalization below $1 million means relatively small amounts of buying pressure can move the price substantially. That creates potential upside, but also substantial downside.

B. Extremely weak trading activity

CoinGecko reports less than $10 in 24-hour volume in its snapshot. DexScreener reports a pool with approximately $191,000 in liquidity but zero transactions in its displayed 24-hour period. CoinGecko +1

This distinction matters: liquidity in a pool does not mean there are active buyers.

C. Significant historical decline

The all-time high was approximately $0.00747. The current price is roughly 96% below that level.

Do not assume that a coin will return to its previous high simply because it reached that price once.

3. The biggest development: LEDGER to PSI migration

Important upcoming catalyst

This is the most important part of my research.

The official AuraVision website currently states that:

  • LEDGER holders are expected to convert to PSI at a 1:1 ratio.

  • PSI has a proposed fixed supply of 10 billion tokens.

  • Claims are scheduled to open on December 1, 2026.

  • The conversion is described as snapshot-based.

  • PSI is intended to be used to pay for Aura’s on-device computing.

Is the migration good for LEDGER holders?

Potentially, yes.

There are three possible advantages:

  • A new token narrative could attract market attention.

  • PSI is intended to have utility within the AuraVision ecosystem.

  • A token migration could increase visibility and trading interest.

But there are also serious unanswered questions:

  • What exact blockchain and contract will PSI use?

  • What is the precise snapshot date and time?

  • Will every existing holder qualify?

  • Will the old LEDGER token remain tradable?

  • What happens if a holder misses the claim period?

  • Will the 10-billion supply and allocations be finalized as published?

One particularly important distinction: a 1:1 conversion preserves your token count, not necessarily your percentage of total supply or the market value of your investment.

For example, receiving 1,000 PSI for 1,000 LEDGER does not guarantee that the PSI will be worth the same amount.

Until the migration rules and final tokenomics are independently verifiable, I would treat this as an opportunity with significant execution risk, not a guaranteed bullish event.

4. Smart contract security analysis

This is where I become more cautious.

The token has a CertiK audit, but having an audit does not mean a token is completely safe.

What does this mean?

  • The owner retains privileged control.

  • Transaction taxes can potentially be changed.

  • Large holders have meaningful influence over the market.

  • A clean honeypot scan is encouraging, but it is not a guarantee against future problems.

I would want an updated independent security review before committing serious money.

5. Does Ledger AI have a real business behind it?

The project is presenting a more ambitious commercial direction than a typical meme coin.

Its official website currently advertises:

  • Aura Onyx hardware at $2,399.

  • Aura Pearl hardware at $1,999.

  • A $499 refundable reservation deposit.

  • On-device AI computing.

  • Continuum OS.

  • PSI as the intended payment token for computing.

These are claims and commercial offers published by the project itself, not independently verified sales figures. Private Super Intelligence +1

My main questions are:

  • How many actual devices have been delivered?

  • How many paying customers exist?

  • Is there recurring demand for PSI?

  • Are the hardware and software commercially competitive?

  • Does the token capture any real value from the company’s business?

The fifth question is particularly important.

A company can sell successful AI hardware while its cryptocurrency performs poorly. You need a clear economic connection between business growth and token demand.

6. Liquidity and exchange analysis

Currently, the main tracked trading market is Uniswap V2 on Ethereum.

Uniswap

Official Uniswap platform

LEDGER/WETH trading pair

Here is the problem:

CoinGecko’s market listing shows very little recent trading and approximately $3,500 of depth on either side within 2% of the quoted price. DexScreener separately reports approximately $191,000 in pool liquidity but no recent transactions in its displayed snapshot. CoinGecko +1

These figures are not contradictory: pool liquidity measures available reserves, while trading volume measures actual activity.

My conclusion: LEDGER has a liquidity and execution problem. You might be able to buy it, but selling a large position at your expected price could be difficult.

7. Technical and market outlook

I would divide the next six months into three scenarios.

Bearish scenario

Negative

$0.00010–$0.00020

Possible causes:

  • Migration uncertainty.

  • Weak trading activity.

  • Large holders selling.

  • Failure to demonstrate commercial adoption.

Neutral scenario

Sideways

$0.00025–$0.00040

Possible causes:

  • Migration proceeds without major problems.

  • Trading remains relatively quiet.

  • No major exchange listings.

Bullish scenario

Positive

$0.00050–$0.00100

Possible causes:

  • Successful PSI migration.

  • Stronger market liquidity.

  • More customers for AuraVision.

  • Increased demand for actual token utility.

These are hypothetical scenario ranges, not technically confirmed support and resistance levels or probabilities.

What about returning to the all-time high?

The previous high was approximately $0.00747.

From $0.0003047, reaching that price would require approximately a 24.5-fold increase.

That is possible mathematically, but I would not use it as a realistic base-case forecast.

8. What happens to a $500 investment?

Let’s use $0.0003047 as an illustrative entry price.

Your $500 would purchase approximately 1,640,958 LEDGER tokens before fees and slippage.

The following calculations assume the same token count after any 1:1 migration and exclude trading costs.

LEDGER/PSI price

$0.00100

$0.00200

$3,282

+556%

The important thing is that the migration itself does not create profit. The market price and actual demand for the new token determine your investment return.

9. My investment strategy

If I were evaluating this as a speculative 3–6 month investment, I would not commit the entire $500 immediately.

My proposed approach:

Allocation

Amount

Initial speculative position

$50

Additional position after confirmation

$50

Further entry after migration clarity

$50

Cash reserve

$350

Total

$500

I would only increase exposure after confirming:

  • Final PSI tokenomics are published.

  • The snapshot and claim mechanism are clear.

  • The official PSI contract is verified.

  • Selling and migration work properly.

  • Trading volume becomes consistent.

  • There is evidence of real product adoption.

I would not automatically buy a price dip. A falling price in an illiquid token can reflect a deteriorating project, not a bargain.

10. Final investment scorecard

These are my subjective assessments, not independent ratings.

My verdict: Wait

I see an interesting project, but I don’t yet see enough evidence to justify a substantial investment.

The upcoming PSI migration is potentially the biggest opportunity and the biggest risk.

I would rather wait for confirmed migration details and stronger trading activity than speculate blindly before December 1.

11. Five things I would monitor before buying

  • The final PSI tokenomics and official migration announcement.

  • Actual token trading volume and liquidity on Uniswap.

  • Wallet concentration and large-holder movements.

  • AuraVision hardware delivery and paying customers.

  • PSI’s actual utility, exchange availability and demand after launch.

Useful primary sources:

  • AuraVision official project and migration information

  • CoinGecko market data

  • CoinMarketCap market data

  • CertiK audit and security information

  • DexScreener trading and liquidity data

  • Ethereum contract and holder information

One question I consider essential before making a decision:

Are you interested in LEDGER because you believe in the AuraVision business, or mainly because you expect the upcoming PSI migration to push the token price higher?

Those are two very different investment strategies, and I would assess them differently.
