According to PANews, citing Brazil’s Valor Econômico, Mercado Pago alerted users in its app on Friday that crypto transfers were temporarily unavailable due to system instability, and that deposits would be delayed. It said it was working to fix the issue. On the same day, Nubank suspended crypto deposits and withdrawals due to an outage at an external data provider, while other crypto services, such as buying and selling, remained available. Customer assets and information remained protected.
