2. Is trading volume at $ETH (24h: $875 million) continuing to grow?
3. Have the whales made any unusual transfers to exchanges?
Only when all three point in the same direction can the news be considered validated by the money; otherwise, it’s probably just a passing breeze.
Sometimes the market prices things in ahead of time, and the news ends up being a sell-the-news event.
