Binance began reopening withdrawals for additional assets as of 04:00 UTC on November 6, according to recovery update No. 9, which it posted on X. It also said it is working to reopen withdrawals for HYPE, INJ, APT, PLASMA, NEAR, and LTC by the end of next week.

Not all assets will be available at once. Binance is reopening each network and asset pair after it passes security and readiness checks, prioritizing tokens based on user demand over the past week. More assets will be added as they become ready. Deposits will remain available throughout this period.
